If Antique kingdom is prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the property as paid by the purchaser. Winners are notified after the auction ends and once all bids have been processed to determine the winner for each lot. We email invoices within 24 hours following the auction. There is a 25% Buyers Premium, 5% Live Fee and a 3% Credit Card Fee (total of 33%) and if you live in California, we are required to collect sales taxes on the hammer price of all lots won (10%). AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD FEE IS 3.5%.
If payment is not made electively, your credit card on file will be charged, through WEPAY.

Winning lot buyers are also responsible for the cost of shipping, & handling charges. Insurance & tracking is included. LGAB reserves the right to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner, withdraw a lot, determine a successful bidder, continue the bidding, to cancel a sale and re-offer and/or resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final. All lots have a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price. All lots were deemed unsold/passed if the reserve was not met. In all cases, the reserve was set well below the estimated range. We reserve the right to accept or deny any bid placed on Invaluable/Auctionzip. LJAB bids against the reserve. These terms are listed on our auction site and should have been read prior to bidding and winning. Remember placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. A CONTRACT. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES with the only exception being if our description of an item is grossly described in error.

Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise will be picked up, packaged or shipped by arrangements made by the buyer. (Merchandise must be removed with 10 days after the auction date) ANY ITEMS NOT REMOVE ARE SUBJECT TO $10 PER DAY PER ITEM STORAGE FEE. Antique Kingdom, Inc. has the right to sell any items left over 30 days. All invoices are due to be paid with 5 business days. All items are sold and shipped As Is. Upon request, a list of shippers will be provided to buyers for domestic and international shipping. Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the U.S., such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Note that we do not ship Ivory Internationally. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
