Liverpool: printed at the Caxton Press by Henry Fisher, [1816-20]. 2 volumes, 4° (263 x 210mm). Engraved hand-coloured frontispieces, hand-coloured engraved title in volume I and 106 plates by and after F. Dixon, G. Dobie, W. Swift and others (text and plates lightly and evenly browned, some spotting, mainly affecting text, occasional offsetting). 20th-century half calf, morocco lettering-pieces (extremities a little rubbed).
