Condition Report

With an approx. 2 1/2 inch vertical crack in the paint in the pink at upper center. An approximately 3 x 4 inch spiral-shaped crack in this same area to the left. No apparent paint loss here. Some other cracking to the paint in a few areas at edge of canvas, for example an approx. 8 inch crack along the upper right horizontal edge, an approx. 4 inch crack at upper right vertical edge , an approx. 7 inch crack at upper left horizontal edge and an approx. 8 inch crack at center of left vertical edge. These cracks at the edges of the canvas are rather unobtrusive, given the very thick application of paint. No paint loss evident in areas of cracks. Generally in good condition.

An invoice representing the total due of hammer + buyer's premium + sales tax (if applicable) will be issued and is due within 10 days of the sale. Lots purchased will not be released until funds have cleared the bank.

Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium will be added to your successful bid at the rate of 25% on the first 100,000, 20 % between 100,001 and 2,000,000, and 12% thereafter. Be sure to factor in the buyer's premium when determining your maximum bid.
