Applicable Terms and Conditions:
Each Lot will be offered for sale subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, as changed or supplemented by provisions (I) written in other places in the catalogue, (ii) in written supplements to this catalogue or other written material prepared by us,(iii) as stated by the auctioneer or posted in writing at the time of auction, prior to a bid being accepted for the lot. Offering property for sale, we are acting solely as agent for the consignor, unless otherwise indicated in this catalogue or at the time of auction. Bidding at the auction, the buyer and all bidders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as changed or supplemented as provided in this paragraph.

Definitions:
The Use of "we", "us", "our", "Legacy", or "Legacy Galleries" in this catalogue refers to Legacy Galleries. The use of "buyer" refers to the person or entity buying property at time of auction. "Standard Terms and Conditions" refers to these terms and conditions, as changed or supplemented in the ways mentioned in Paragraph above. The "Consignor" refers to the seller(s) and any Party (or Parties), acting as agent for the seller(s) in consigning the Property to us for sale. Warranty/Buyer Remedies:
All Property is sold "As-Is", and neither we nor the consignor make any guarantees, warranties, or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the Property, except as to warranty of title. All implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for purpose are specifically disclaimed by us and the consignor.

Neither Legacy Galleries nor consignor make any representation of Warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding characteristics of the property age, authenticity, attribution, provenance, origin, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, value, historical reference, significance, medium, material, period, culture, or source of origin.
All information in this catalog concerning the characteristics mentioned above is offered as a statement of opinion only, it is not intended to be fact. This disclaimer of liability on our part applies whether communicated through our representatives, bills of sale, or elsewhere - written or oral.

No warranty of Reproduction: Neither Legacy Galleries nor the consignor make any warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any rights of copyright or reproduction to or of the property.

Breech of any Warranty: Buyer's remedy shall be to rescind the sale and receive a refund of the purchase price, including the buyers' commission. Neither Legacy Galleries nor the consignor shall have any liability for other damages: direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage.
Sale to highest bidder: Lot shall be sold to highest bidder determined by the auctioneer. Title to all lots shall pass upon the fall of the auctioneer's gavel. The buyer shall be obligated to the pay purchase price, premium, and applicable taxes. Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property, and is responsible for, but not limited to, the obligations of cost and expense for handling, shipping, insurance, taxes, and export of the property (if applicable).

Discretion of Auctioneer: The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, refuse to acknowledge any bidder, challenge bids, and withdraw or pass a lot. The auctioneer has sole right to determine the successful bidder, or to re-offer lot in dispute.

The purchase price shall be the amount of successful bid plus a premium of 15%. The Buyers' premium on Invaluable or Legacy Galleries Infinite Bidding shall equal 18% of final bid price.

In addition, buyer shall pay all applicable sales, use, excise, and other taxes, whether Federal or Local. Only valid resale certificates will be accepted as proof of exemption for U.S. dealers.

Payment Accepted: Cash, money order, bank checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. Lots will not be released until amount of all charges have been paid in full.

Shipping is the responsibility of buyer. Any packing, handling, shipping, insurance, or other service Legacy Galleries agrees to provide or arrange are furnished only as a courtesy to the buyer. All costs associated with said services are sole responsibility of buyer.
