Hagg (Arthur T., b.1895). A summer village scene, oil on canvas, signed lower right, 43 x 53cm (17 x 21ins) Arthur Hagg studied at Norwich School of Art and at Westminster School of Art under Meninsky and Bayes. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours, and the Royal Society of British Artists. (1)
