Photographer: Dmitri Kasterine (b. 1932). Keith Haring on his bike; Keith Haring with large vase. 1980s. 2 vintage, semi-glossy gelatin silver prints. 29,2 x 19,5 cm and 21,5 x 21,5 cm (35,5 x 27,8 cm). Both with photographer's/copyright stamp on the verso.
In 2009 Dmitri Kasterine's portraits of artists and writers were acquired by the Smithsonian in Washington, DC and the National Portrait Gallery in London where his portraits of artists and writers were also exhibted in 2010 - 2011. - Tape remnants in lower and upper edges in the margins, one print with small emulsion loss in lower edge in the margin, otherwise in very good condition.
