Signed and dated "H.B. Warren/1909" l.r.
Watercolor on paper, 15 5/16 x 19 7/8 in. (38.9 x 50.3 cm), framed.
Condition: Mild toning, remnant of gummed label holding a small extra piece of watercolor paper affixed to l.r. edge on the reverse.

N.B. Sold for the benefit of the Framingham History Center, Framingham, Massachusetts.
