The highest bidder observed by the Auctioneer will establish themselves as the buyer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have absolute discretion. Should the dispute persist post-sale, Auctioneers' sale record will reflect the outcome of the bidding.

If the Auctioneer decides that any bid is not comparable with the value of the item, or having acknowledged an original bid, that any advance thereafter is not sufficient in amount, he may reject.
