All prospective commission bidders are respectfully requested to furnish the auctioneers with current and valid debit or credit card information in order to confirm their bids. This includes: the long card number, valid to and from dates and the three-digit 'ICQ' number verso.

The information will not be used and all information will be securely destroyed post sale.

Regretfully commission bids cannot be actioned without this information. Payment for all purchased lots is required within three working days of the sale.

Lots purchased online will attract an additional charge for this service plus VAT at the rate imposed.

We respectfully remind all purchasers that there is ample viewing time prior to sale and we are very happy to furnish further information concerning condition reports and further images of any lots. Prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves as to the authenticity of any lots offered. All catalogue descriptions are given in good faith.

When the purchaser is collecting from the saleroom a form of ID, showing the address registered with, must be produced. (Driving license or utility bill)

If a third party is collecting on behalf of the purchaser we will require prior written authority, a copy of the invoice and ID of the third party collecting.

Items not paid for within one week of the sale date will be re-entered for the next available sale at the purchaser's expense without reserve.

Payment

Payments for lots purchased must be received in full within 3 WORKING DAYS of the sale.

As part of signing up to participate in an auction through online bidding, all buyers are required to agree to the terms and conditions of the auction before placing a bid. Once the winning bid has been accepted, you are the legal owner of the lot and are required to settle payment.

Bidders with a bidding history of less than six months - payment will be required to be made either by cash in person or by cheque, which will require to be cleared prior to the goods being removed from the Saleroom.
