Mary Hampton Lewis (1777-1842) (née Chambers), wearing white dress, strand of pearls, cream mantle pinned at her corsage and white bandeau in her hair.
Gold frame the reverse glazed to reveal plaited hair, engraved around the obverse BORN 3υRD MAY 1777/ DIED 3υRD JANUARY 1842, engraved around the reverse MARY CHAMBERS/ MARY HAMPTON LEWIS.

Mary, daughter of Richard Chambers of Whitbourn Court and Cradley Hall, Herefordshire, married in 1796, John Hampton Lewis of Henllys. They lived at Bodjor (Bodior) in Rhoscolyn, Anglesey. He was High Sherrif of Anglesey in 1813.
