A gentleman, in gold-embroidered ochre coat and waistcoat, lace cravat, powdered hair en queue, black wig-bag; together with a gentleman, in gold-bordered blue coat and waistcoat with gold buttons, powdered hair en queue (English School, circa 1770); together with a lady, in white-trimmed raspberry dress, dark hair decorated with pearls (English School, circa 1770)
the former signed with initials 'HS' (lower right)
the former enamel, the reminder on ivory
