Terms and Conditions
By submitting your bid, you agree that:
• You have read and agree with the Auctioneer Terms and Conditions below and the Invaluable Terms of Use Agreement
• You agree to pay a buyer's premium of up to 15.75% and any applicable taxes and shipping.
Print Readers Auction - Conditions of Sale:
Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms listed below and all other terms announced at the time of sale whether bidding in person, through a representative, by phone, internet or other absentee bid.
Payment:
All goods must be paid within 3 working days from close of auction. All winning bidders will be notified via email of their total payment amount and will be supplied a PayPal link to use for credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal , cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks (subject to a 7 business day hold, ALL checks) payment of your total amount due. Please note your credit card may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent.
Shipping:
Sports Card, Coins, Rare Currency, Original Signed Book Photos and Autographed Items Sales. USA (CONUS Only) Shipping is Flat $5.00 for total won items.
-Total Winnings Less Than $150.00 is $12.95.
-Total Winning $150.00 and Over is $10.95.
Note: This rates are the Continental United States Only.
International Bidders
Please be aware that our shipping rates in the items' descriptions are for domestic addresses only. If you wish for your items to be shipped out of the country, you will need to get a separate custom shipping quote from our auction house. All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise notes. International bidders rates shall be subject the postal cost to ship to their country as quoted by the United States Postal Service plus a $4.50 packaging fee.
Buyer's Premium:
Selling Price $1.00 to $650.00 is 12.75%.
Selling Price $651 and Greater is 9.5%.
Terms:
Returns
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, return or approve a refund. However, in the case of a return the Buyer's Premium and Shipping Cost will not be refunded.
Damaged Goods
If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged you will not be charged for return shipping and will be offered a replacement item or full refund if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item the customer must obtain a Return Authorization by contacting Don Thomas at printreaders@hotmail.com. Buyer must provide photos at time packaging was opened and photo of original packaging. No refund shall be considered without this information.
Re-lists
Occasionally you may notice that an item is re-listed. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction not paying for the item, multiple types of the same item or it is one of the few items listed with a reserve and the reserve was not met.
Right to refuse bid
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or reoffer the lot for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder.
The Auctioneer's decision to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, continue the bidding, to cancel a sale and reoffer and resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final.
Reserves
Some of the lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price, below which the lot will not be sold agreed upon by the consignor and Government Auction. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed.
Breach of Sale
If the buyer fails to pay in full with good cleared funds or fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Sale as set forth herein, Government Auction reserves the right to exercise one or more of the following remedies, in addition to any other remedies available to Government Auction by law:
a) Hold the defaulting buyer liable for the full purchase amount due.
b) Cancel the sale.
c) Forbid the buyer from participating in any future auction.
Cancelling a winning bid
If a winning bid is cancelled for any reason and the winning bidder wishes to back out, a 7% fee will be charged to the winning bidder to cover the costs associated with listing and the non-performer may be blocked from future bidding.
Liability
In no event will the liability of Print Reader Auction to any purchaser with respect to any item exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item.

Print Readers Auction offers 3rd Party Authentication for all items sold. We make no claim of genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin or condition of the item other than all items will have accompanying authenticity documentation upon shipping.

***Optional $10.00 Shipping Insurance Offered U.S. Postal Service.
***For Large and Oversized items (Move Posters, Paintings, Large Artwork) Shipping will be based on actual shipping cost. Print Readers will provide the amount of these cost to bidder on winning invoice. I plan to make these shipping cost as fair and reasonable as applicable to the item(s) being shipped.
