If buyer does not make other arrangements upon winning a bid, then buyer's credit card on file will be charged for the purchase plus all fees. In any event, payment must be received within 3 days after the sale.

Reserve Price: Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. Auctioneer will act to protect the reserve by bidding. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve.

Absentee Bids: Please remember this is a live auction. Just because you have left an absentee bid for a certain amount does not mean you will ultimately win the item if it is sold at that amount.
