Failure to request this information prior to bidding will result in a non-refundable order. A 15% buyers premium is charged a percentage on top of the final bid price or hammer price. We accept absentee bids, phone bid, online bidding or live in the auction house. Please call to make arrangements for absentee bids or phone bids. Request bidding approval 15 minutes before START of auction, otherwise we may miss your request while we conducting the auction. Phone bids may require a minimum Bid. Payment is EXPECTED IN 7 days of sale, or by prior mutual agreement with the Auction House. If no communication has been made within 7 days, a dispute will be filed with Invaluable or EBAY. Ensure that if you have moved recently - that you change the address in your profile - that is the address we use for shipping and will not reimburse lost or delayed items because of a wrong address.

Our preferred payment method is PayPal through the link on the invoice but you can pay via credit card with the link also attached to the invoice, or call us directly at 603-494-5964 with your information. If you do not call or pay us within 4 days, your credit card on file can be charged. Note that the address on the INVOICE is the address we ship to, unless you contact us directly to change it. WePay DOES NOT forward your address on payment to us.

We will ship smaller items but for larger or multiple items, we use a shipping service. The Shipping Shack will contact you (usually within two days) with shipping options and charges and will be billed directly to the high bidder, without auction house involvement. We do not pass your credit card information to the shipping service. Please make sure that your address in the Invaluable profile is up to date. This is the address we ship to and will not reimburse lost or delayed items because of a wrong profile address.

A 18% buyers premium is charged a percentage on top of the final bid price or hammer price. Along with a 5% fee from Invaluable.
