Description

depicting dwellings on plateaus in an extensive mountainous landscape, a grove of trees and water inlet in the foreground, with an inscription which may be translated: In the Qianlong era, the gengyin year (corresponding to 1790) , the fifth month. [Painted] in the manner of Zejiu (Huang Gongwang). Done for the pure enjoyment of the elder gentleman of the Su studio. Younger brother Zuotian, Huang Yue , bearing two seals: Huangshi [?] yin, Zuojun. hanging scroll, ink on paper
