Notice to biders
By submitting an online bid offer, each bidder agrees to comply with the following conditions of sale.

1. The sale is made to the highest bidder. The hammer price is the net purchase price. A buyer's premium of 20% (15% buyer's commission plus 5% for Invaluable) is added to this, plus packaging and shipping costs.

In the countries outside the European Community EU there is no VAT.
In the countries of the European Union (EU) there is also a VAT of 16% on the total sales price. There is no VAT in the EU if a VAT identification number is provided.

2 Invoices for the items purchased will be sent to the highest bidder after the auction has ended. These must be paid in full and without deduction within 8 days of receipt. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal

3. The purchaser assumes responsibility for all costs associated with these payment methods. When issuing the invoice, we take into account the cheapest packaging and shipping costs. If you have special shipping requirements, please let us know by e-mail.

4. For reasons of security and transparency, invoice amounts over EUR 10,000 must be paid by bank transfer. Your credit card can be debited with the full invoice amount plus fees from 4 days after sending an invoice. There is a charge of 4% of the total amount for payments via PayPal or credit card. Items purchased at auction will only be delivered to the buyer after full payment (including VAT) has been made.

5. Ownership of the goods is only transferred to the buyer after payment has been made in full. If a lot is auctioned, the buyer is obliged to accept and pay for the lot for which he has bid. The lot will only be sent to the purchaser after full payment of the knockdown price including all due fees and charges (see under 1.). In the event of non-payment, the buyer will be excluded from all future auctions.
6. All bids are only to be understood in euros. They are binding and cannot be withdrawn. Every successful bidder is personally responsible for his purchases and cannot claim to have acted on behalf of a third party.
7. Although we try to keep the time between receipt of payment and shipping short, there may be delays depending on the number of items to be shipped. If the buyer wins multiple lots, we combine shipping where possible so that there is only a one-time shipping fee.

8. Descriptions were written to the best of our knowledge and belief. No liability is accepted for the details given. Every statement from media nova Verlag GmbH is only a subjectively qualified opinion.

9. The seller will contact the buyer by email within 3 days of the auction closing. The buyer undertakes to provide media nova Verlag GmbH with his email address immediately after the auction has ended (info@medianovaverlag.de).

10. Justified complaints must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt. If the complaint is accepted as valid, the buyer is entitled to reimbursement of the purchase price and fees after the auction item has been returned undamaged. Other claims are not taken into account.

11. media nova Verlag GmbH reserves the right to withdraw auction items before they are sold and assumes no liability for such withdrawal. All starting bids and estimates can change before the auction.

13. The place of jurisdiction and performance, also for dunning procedures, is Landshut (Germany). The legal relationships are based on German law.
