Pickups for this sale will also be by appointment. Condition requests can be requested by text. Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Accepted forms of payment: VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Money Order / Cashiers Check, and Personal Check.
All items shipped to a New York State address, will be charged an 8% sales tax.
Payment by credit of debit card for fastest shipping. Money order / cashiers check will be available to ship when money order or cashiers check arrives. Personal check, when check clears.
Payment is required after 48 hours of receipt of invoice. If invoice is not paid within 4 days of receipt of invoice your card on file will be automatically debited.
Shipping
Items can be picked up by appointment only at 2493 State Rt. 9n, Au Sable Forks, NY. All arrangements for pick up to be made within 4 days of auction close. Text: 518-647-8614.
Small items can be shipped in-house.
All jewelry will be shipped in house and will cost $6.50.
Most items ship within 10 working days post auction but occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control shipping could be delayed.
For all other items, the buyer must contact a shipping company directly after the auction to arrange for shipment and payment for shipping.

In an effort to keep your shipping costs down, instead of paying for UPS to pick up as they are over 20 miles from our location, Arts and Antiques will deliver items to the shipper. Arts and Antiques will make deliveries as often as needed.

All lots are sold as is.
Lots may have a minimum selling prices or a reserve price. This confidential figure is set by consignor and we will implement all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute.
The buyer owns the property as soon as the "hammer strikes the podium". The auction house may choose to resell items if terms, shipping or pick up are not met.
At the auctioneer's sole discretion, he has the right to refuse any bid, to advance the bidding in such a way as he or she may decide to withdraw any lot, and in the case of a dispute or error, and whether during or after the sale, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding, to cancel the sale or to re-offer and resell the item in dispute. Our sale record is conclusive if a dispute arises after the sale. We reserve the right to withdraw any property before and during the sale, as well as reserve the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. We shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal, addition or amendment.
