Old Papermaking. Chillicothe, Ohio: 1923. [4], 112 pp. Illustrated extensively with woodcuts, tipped-in plates and facsimiles. 9 original paper specimens. 4to (297 x 213 mm). Original decorative boards. A little toning from glue at specimens and plates, spine label slightly soiled. Prospectus laid in.

Limited edition, signed and inscribed, no 176 of 200 copies signed by the author on the colophon. This copy additionally signed and inscribed by Dard Hunter on the front free endpaper: "Dard Hunter / June seventh mcmxxxi." This is the first of Hunter's deluxe books on papermaking.
