Oil on Panel by Joseph Gyselinckx, (Belgian, 1817-1884), "The Jumping Jack", signed and dated lower left. Genre (interior) scene of a child in wicker cradle teasing a parrot with a jumping jack toy and with a small white dog resting on coverlet. Gilded paneled frame. Condition: scattered flaking. Sight: 9-3/4" W x 11-3/4" H, framed: 15-3/4" W x 17-3/4" H. Belgian, late 19th century. Provenance: Pigeon Forge, TN Collection.
