signed 'Schwager' (lower right), inscribed on the reverse with the artist's address: 'J. R. Schwager Jägerzeile Praterstrasse No 61. 2te Stiege 3t. Stock'
on ivory
rectangular, 3 5/8 x 2 15/16 in. (92 x 75 mm.), gilt-metal mount within brown velvet panel in red leather travelling wallet
A papel label attached to the interior of the wallet is inscribed 'Freifrau v. Schwarz- Semborn geb. Damböck'.
