JACK FARAGASSO (American b.1929) The Changeling, paperback cover, 1961 Acrylic on board 15.5 x 11 in. Not signed This scene was used for four different paperback novels. First up was The Oddballs, edited by Vic Ghidalia, Manor Books, 1961. The image also appeared on The Coming of the Strangers by John Lymington, Manor Books 1966, The Mind Traders by J. Hunter Holly, Manor Books, 1967, and The Changeling, by A. E. Van Vogt, originally published in Astounding magazine, 1950, and later published as a paperback by McFadden Books, 1973. A copy of each of the books is included in this lot. From the Frank Collection.

This piece has been framed to an overall size of  31" x 25", and the art is in Excellent condition.
