Jackie Hinkson (b.1942) PIGEON POINT; A GOVERNMENT BUILDING Two, both signed and dated '89/81, watercolour 46.5 x 59cm and 48 x 60.5cm (2) Donald 'Jackie' Hinkson was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad in 1942. He trained at the Academie Julien in Paris in 1963 on a one-year scholarship before returning to Trinidad and documenting the coastal, rural and colourful aspects of the country of his birth.
