Vintage 1922 Oil on Artist Board "Hazy Afternoon" east of Jacks Mountain, Pennsylvania by Jacob S. Royer (American, b. 1883). Fall Landscape with farm, painted October 31, 1922 on a trip Royer took to this area. In wood frame measures 12"x10"x1". Weight 1pd. A well listed Dayton, Ohio artist, Royer studied at the Dayton Art Institute and several of his works are housed in the Institutions permanent collection. He also exhibited at the Dayton Artists Guild and in 1930 at the Akron Art Museum. PROVENANCE: A Charleston SC Private Estate.
