Jacques de Gheyn III (Haarlem 1596-1641 Utrecht) Laocoon (New Hollstein 16) etching, 1619, on laid paper, with indistinct watermark, from the third edition published by Hendrik Hondius (1573-1649), 1631, trimmed inside the platemark but retaining a strip of blank paper outside the borderline, some pale foxing and staining, a horizontal central fold, mainly visible verso, the upper left corner tip repaired 15¾ x 11¼ in.
