Notes

Children's books have just not been the same since the publication of George and Martha in 1972. James Marshall had a unique sense of humor that delighted adults as much as the boys and girls. Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? happened to be on the TV and George and Martha were born. No one else has ever made the battle of the sexes more amusing than did James Marshall.
