Christie’s charges a premium to the buyer on the Hammer Price of each lot sold at the following rates: 29.75% of the Hammer Price of each lot up to and including €20,000, plus 23.8% of the Hammer Price between €20,001 and €800.000, plus 14.28% of any amount in excess of €800.000. Buyer’s premium is calculated on the basis of each lot individually.
In 2006 the artist made a statement to read out loud books with a daily rhythm of 45 minutes and tape this action on a cassette disk. The work consists of a colour photo of the installation, a prints of the diary notes in which the books, dates and pages read, are written down, and a statement of the artist.
This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and states that the future buyer commits him/herself to participate in the 'Ongoing Reading Project' and a bookfragment (own choice) out loud.

Dutch Artist Job Koelewijn works and lives in Amsterdam. He studied at the Rietveld Academy and the Sandberg institute in Amsterdam and stayed as an artist in residence at PS1 in New York. Koelewijn creates conceptual, sensual pieces that include photographs, films, architectural pieces, small objects and huge installations. Text, especially poetry plays in important role in his works. But he also speaks to different senses with smells, sounds and sensible pieces. His installations are very personal and mostly temporary. He exhibited his work at a great variety of exhibitions, like the Venice Biennial in 1999 and 2001. Recent solo shows include: De Pont, Tilburg (2008), Stella Lohaus Gallery, Antwerp, (2007), Museum de Paviljoens in Almere (2005), Art Basel 35 (2004). His work is part of collections such as MUHKA, Antwerp, De Pont, Tilburg, Van Abbe Museum, Eindhoven, Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam. He received several awards for his work. In 1999 Job Koelewijn had a solo exhibition at de Appel.
