TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: All bidders are responsible for reading, understanding and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as any supplemental notices provided either in writing or verbally prior to the start of the auction. Registration to bid in this auction will be taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the bidder.

BUYER'S PREMIUM AND PAYMENT: All lots are subject to a 10% buyer's premium regardless of payment or bidding method, AuctionZip Live will charge an addition 3% fee for a total Buyer Premium of 13%.. All bidding will be in and must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction's close and payment is expected within three (3) Business Days. If payment is not made within ten (10) calendar days of sale, Bruan and Helmer, INC reserves the right to void the sale and deny future participation in future auctions. All payments must be made prior to any property being removed from the auction location. We reserve the right to hold all goods until payment has cleared.

CONDITION: If Bruan and Helmer, INC offers all lots AS-IS. Condition reports are offered for informational purposes online and is in no way a guarantee of condition.

SHIPPING: Bruan and Helmer, INC is pleased to offer shipping on all items offered in our auctions through the UPS Store of Saline. They offer professional packing and shipping services and fast turn-around. Once the initial invoice for your purchase is processed (hammer price + buyer's premium), we will take your items to the UPS Store on your behalf and free of charge with your contact information. It is your responsibility to contact UPS directly and make shipping arrangements, including payment, with them. We will notify you when your items have been delivered to UPS, which is typically within three to five business days of the auction. It is important to note that items left at UPS will be subject to a storage fee if shipping is not arranged within ten (10) business days of delivery to them. DISPUTES, JURISDICTION AND MICHIGAN LAW: The laws of Michigan shall govern this auction conducted by Bruan and Helmer, INC. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the auction and/or any auction purchase, and all of the terms and conditions set forth herein above, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Michigan law. Anyone who participates in the auction and/or makes auction purchases agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michiganwith respect to any dispute arising in connection with the auction and/or any auction purchases. In the event that David G. Helmer and/or Bruan and Helmer, INC needs to bring an action to enforce the terms and conditions herein and/or to collect any sum due and owing to it David G. Helmer and/or Bruan and Helmer, INC shall be entitled in addition to collect its reasonable attorney's fees, collection agency fees, and cost of suit.

MISCELLANEOUS: If any provision of portion of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision or portion shall be stricken and severed from the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce any other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Shipping will be through The UPS Store of Saline, MI. Payment for shipping will be made directly to UPS Store.
