Les acquéreurs paieront en sus enchères des frais d'adjudication de 20 % HT soir 24 TTC.
Les indications portées au catalogue engagent la responsabilité du Commissaire-priseur et de l'Expert, sous réserve des rectifications annoncées au moment de la vente, et portées au procès-verbal.
Une exposition préalable permettant de se rendre compte de l'état des objets, il ne sera admis aucune réclamation une fois l'adjudication prononcée.
Les restaurations d'usage, tel que le marouflage ou rentoilage des peintures,
sont considérées comme des mesures conservatoires.
Les dimensions et les poids ne sont donnés qu'à titre indicatif.
Le plus offrant et dernier enchérisseur sera l'adjudicataire.
La vente est faite au comptant.
En cas de paiement par chèque non certifié, il sera demandé deux pièces d'identité
et la délivrance des objets pourra être différée jusqu'à l'encaissement.
Les frais et risques du magasinage restent à la charge de l'acheteur.
Les taxes (TVA sur les frais) seront rétrocédées à l'adjudicataire sur présentation des justifications d'exportation hors CEE au plus tard un mois après la vente.

Condition reports
Before bidding on-site, online or by proxy at an Auction Kings auction, you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Auction Kings and its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, officers, directors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim or action based upon your use of Online Bidding Services or the auctionkingz.com web site or your breach of this Agreement.
All lots in the Catalog may be subject to a reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). We as the Agent for Consignor may place bids during the auction if and when the highest outstanding bid at any time during the sale is below the reserve which may have been established on the lot being offered. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.
