Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card charge-backs will be allowed for any reason.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.


All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit. ALL INTERNATIONAL bidders PayPal is the preferred method, Items will not be shipped until all payments are confirmed and have been verified by the bank.

Buyers Premium

There will be a buyers premium of a total of 20% added to all purchases unless the item sells for more than $7000 in which case the premium drops to 15%. On all online invoices there will be a 20% Buyers Premium charged by Clark's and an additional 5% convenience "live" fee charged by Invaluable/AuctionZip.
