Absentee Bids Left On Live Auction websites ARE NOT The Same As Bids Left With The Auction House Directly. They Are Executed From A Proxy Computer Terminal In The Room Against Other Internet Bidders. Other Competitive Bids Include Bidders On The Telephone, In The Room, And Absentee Bids With The Auctioneer. In Some Cases Tie Bids May Occur Between On-line Absentee Bids And Other Bidders. Tie Bids Are Broken By The Order In Which The Auctioneer Accepts The Bids NOT When The Bids Were Entered With the webcast service. On occasion when taking bids on more than one internet site, a lot may close on one site as a bid is coming in on another. The auctioneer always reserves the right to reopen any lot if an incoming bid is missed as long as the next lot has not opened. We advise all internet bidders to wait until the next lot starts to confirm their winning bid. This does not happen often but internet bidding can be difficult with internet slow downs and freezing issues.

PAYMENT POLICY CHANGE:
Any invoice over $5,000 can only be paid by check or wire transfer. Charges will only be accepted on domestic invoices under $5,000. All International invoices over $1,000 must be paid with bank wire transfer or certified check. No Exceptions will be made. Please take this into consideration when bidding. Any invoice paid by personal check will be held and shipped after the check clears.

We are unable to accept credit cards on purchases of any precious metals (ie. Coins, Gold, Silver, Etc). To compensate for the inconvenience, we offer a 2% reduction in the buyers premium for all invoices paid with check, cash, money order, bank wire transfer or certified check within 10 days of the auction.
