Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Winners will be notified after the auction ends and once all bids have been processed to determine the winner for each lot. Winning bidders should respond to notice with regarding payment within 48 hours of notification. Bidder credit card provided at registration may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent if other arrangements have not been made.

Payment Terms
The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Forms of payment accepted: Visa/MC, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is deemed sold to the purchaser by the auctioneer and the term "purchase price" means the total of
(a) the bid price,
(b) A 17% BUYERS PREMIUM PAYABLE BY THE WINNING BIDDER
(c) Minnesota state sales tax where applicable.

Buyer's Premium
A Buyer's premium amounting to 17% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 17% premium on top of the winning bid price. Should the bidder fail to honor the purchase they are still liable for the 17% premium as a penalty and an additional 25% Restocking fee.

Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

Appraisal & Estimates
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. No price estimate or evaluation value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item.

Bidding Terms
Brinkman Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner, withdraw a lot, determine a successful bidder, continue the bidding, to cancel a sale and re-offer and/or resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final.

While most lots are sold at no reserve, Brinkman Auctions may offer some lots subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price, below which the lot will not be sold.

Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. There are no returns or exchanges. Brinkman Auctions is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, graphics or photography provided or in the bidding software. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE

Shipping is not included in winning bid amount. Post-auction an affiliated shipper will contact winning bidders regarding shipping details, packing, cost, and insurance.
