All purchases not picked up at the auction site by 4pm on April 8, 2013 will be released to Pakmail without further notice unless prior arrangements were arranged. After Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. receives full and clear payment for your purchases, Pakmail will contact you and ask your preferred shipping method, provide a fire shipping quote and, upon you approval, pack and ship your item(s). Alternatively, purchases may be picking up in person at Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. located at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, Pa. Please note that items picked up in person after April 8, 2013 will be subject to a handling fee of $15.00 per lot.

HARTZELL'S AUCTION GALLERY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or money order. A service charge of 1.5% will be added each month to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date. Purchases paid for using personal checks will be held until payment has cleared the bank. Non-US purchasers must make payment using a US dollar denominated check drawn on a US bank, or by international money order or wire transfer. There will be a $30.00 processing fee for all wire transfers.

Price Realized / Record of Winning Bidder:
Please keep in mind that the items offered for sale are part of a live auction being held at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, PA. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Auction Zip Live are not the same as bids left directly with the auction house. Auction Zip Live bids are executed by a Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. staff member from a proxy computer terminal located in the auction room. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Therefore, tie bids may occur between Auction Zip Live absentee bidders and other bidders. In such event of a tie bid, the auctioneer has sole discretion to aware the lot to the high bidder of his choosing, most often to the floor bidder.
