GUARANTEES
All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Neither Wooten & Wooten nor the consignors makes any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the property sold. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding and we recommend that prospective bidders, or their agent, inspect all items in which they have an interest and satisfy themselves as to the origin and condition of the item. Wooten & Wooten does not give refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CATALOGUE
Written and oral descriptions are the opinions of Wooten & Wooten staff and consultants and are in no way a guarantee of any kind to the accuracy of the catalogue description or condition reports provided. Please note that color calibrations can differ by computer, and all measurements are approximate.
CONDITION REPORTS
Complementary condition reports are executed on an as-requested basis and may be obtained by contacting our offices. Condition reports submitted less than 24 hours prior to the sale may not be completed. The absence of a condition report does not reflect the state of the object. It is our goal to provide our clients with a fair and accurate assessment, please keep mind that we are not professional conservators or restorers.
BIDDING
We offer live bidding in-house, as well as absentee bidding, telephone bidding and Internet bidding. Internet bidding is available through LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable and is subject to an additional 3% charge added to our 20% buyers premium. All new bidders will be required to pre-register with Wooten & Wooten, and returning bidders will be asked to sign and complete a new bid form with each sale. No lot will be sold for less than half of the low estimate. Wooten & Wooten staff, consultants, family and friends reserve the right to bid competitively at all auctions.
The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer and will assume full risk and responsibility for the property, including prompt payment and pick- up. The auctioneer has the sole right to re-open a lot and/or settle disputed bids, and the record kept by Wooten & Wooten will be seen as final. Wooten & Wooten reserves the right to reject any bid. All absentee bids are executed by Wooten & Wooten staff, and/or via LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable, as a convenience and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
PAYMENT
Payment is due for in-house bidders on the day of sale and within five days for all other bidders. Failure to remit payment within this timeline may result in the cancellation of the sale. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, wire transfer, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard. Personal checks from first time buyers must be accompanied by a letter of introduction from their banking institution. All invoices over $5,000 must be paid in cash, wire transfer or cashier's check. Your bid is your agreement to pay hammer price, as well as a 20% buyer's premium and 7% South Carolina sales tax. Successful bidders paying by credit or debit card will be subject to an additional 3% surcharge. Successful internet bidders shall pay an additional 3% fee. Invoices must be paid in full in order for any lot to leave the gallery.
SHIPPING
All items must be picked up within five days of the auction or will be subject to storage fees. We do not ship items at Wooten & Wooten. We can provide you with a list of shippers; however, this does not qualify as an endorsement by Wooten & Wooten. Successful bidders must provide Wooten & Wooten with written authorization in order for any lot to be released to a shipper and may do so by e-mailing info@wootenandwooten.com. Pick-ups are by appointment only and may be arranged by calling or e-mailing the gallery. We are not responsible for any damage done to property after the hammer; this includes, but is not limited to, items left beyond the five days or any damage or loss by your shipping agent.

IN SUMMATION
Your bid will signify that you have inspected the items as fully as you desire, or that you have elected not to inspect them, and that you agree fully with all of terms of service hereby set forth by Wooten and Wooten Auctioneers & Appraisers.

In these conditions the words 'Perry's' ,'Auctioneer' or 'Auctioneers' means 'Perry's Auctioneers'.
A 15% Buyers Premium applies to all lots sold.
The amount of a winning offer shall be paid to Perry's by the Buyer, together with the commission of 15% of the Hammer Price ( the Commission ) and Israeli VAT on commission.
An item which is priced in US dollars will be calculated in New Israel Shekels in accordance with the prevailing rate of exchange cash sale as published by the Bank of Israel on the date of the payment (` the Dollar Exchange Rate` ), but not less than the exchange rate on the day of auction.
Payment to Perry's Auctioneers shall be effected immediately upon the conclusion of the auction but, at any event, not later than five business days after the date of the acceptance of the offer by the Buyer.
A Buyer is liable to pay interest on any delay in payment, at the rate of 5% per month of the amount payable, with adjustments to index-link all outstanding amounts payable to the Dollar Exchange Rate. Interest is payable from the date payment became due up to the date of actual payment plus Israeli VAT for Israeli buyers.
Should the Buyer fail to pay the hammer price and\or Commission and\or the Vat, Perry's will be entitled to act as it deems fit to preserve the rights of the Seller, including retention of the acquired item, forfeiture and set off any amounts payable.
The highest bidder shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute arising, at the auctioneer's discretion, the lot shall be put up again and resold, the auctioneer's decision being final.
All lots are open for inspection prior to the sale, and are sold with all faults, if any - explicitly stated. No error or misdescription shall invalidate the sale and the buyer is bound to take delivery of the goods without allowance or reduction in price.
The auctioneers reserve the right to accept or refuse any bid or bids without having to state any reason or reasons therefore, and to bid on behalf of the vendor or any prospective buyer with or without disclosure.
All goods lie at the buyers risk after the fall of the hammer - all due care shall be taken by our staff but we are not accountable for any damage or loss which may arise thereafter.
Upon payment of an invoice, goods may be delivered. All goods must be paid for and picked up by the buyer or have organized shipping.
TERMS: Prompt payment for goods by Cash, Paypal or Credit Card.?Mastercard, Visa, AMEX credit and debit cards only (4% surcharge), Paypal payments (4% surcharge) All lots purchased are to be paid for before delivery of any one or more lots.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above terms and conditions, any monies paid by the buyer shall be absolutely forfeited, and the goods may be resold, through auction or by any other means, without notification, at the risk and expense of the former buyer. The buyer shall be liable for any loss that may arise on such resale.
This auction is the first Internet sale Parry's is conducting, Parry's will not be liable in any way for any communication problems, disconnections, slow response or any other technical faults.
The courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have the sole jurisdiction in any dispute between Perry's Auctioneers and the Buyer or any potential Buyer, based on the details of this agreement and\or related to the sale and\or to the transfer of any item.
