Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. Step #2: We will package your item(s) and email an invoice with shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made.
Step #3: You can "SUBMIT SECURE PAYMENT" through AuctionZip/Invaluable. Once the invoice is paid, your item will ship and you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not submitted payment as of 4 days after receiving your invoice, you credit card may be charged.

Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.**
PLYCON MOVING SERVICES is a transport company that will wrap, secure & ship your large or delicate items 708-339-8805.
NOTICE: Large items will be shipped pallet freight which is expensive and might require the item to be disassembled which will incur an additional cost. ANY SIGN over $500 or 48" will require a $25 shipping crate. You may request a crate for any item for an additional $25. Request for crates must be made within 24 hours of the auction. BICYCLES are also expensive to ship. $40 Handling will be added for each bike to cover extra packing time. Each lot that needs to be pallet shipped will also incur an extra $25 charge for time and supplies. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if you wish. VEHICLES will not be shipped by Chupp Auctions. Buyer must arrange pick-up for vehicles. If you purchase a WEATHERVANE with lightning rod, we will send everything but the stand or holder unless you are willing to pay for pallet shipping.

Paypal is NOT a payment option with Chupp Auctions. Major credit cards accepted are Visa, MC, Discover, American Express. Payment will be expected within 1 week of the auction date. Items purchased will remain in our possession until payment is made.

ONLINE BIDDERS: 20% Buyer Premium will be applied (includes AuctionZip/Invaluable Live Fees).
ABSENTEE & PHONE BIDDERS: 15% Buyer Premium will be applied.
IN-HOUSE BIDDERS: 5% Buyer Premium will be waived if paying with cash or check. Auction attendees paying with cash or check will pay NO Buyer Premium!!

7% Sales tax will be charged for online purchases shipped within the state of Indiana. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax.
