TERMS OF AUCTION
CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold "as is". The auction house does not warrant authenticity on any specific piece. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. We can only offer our opinion and the material facts about the item. It is up to the buyer to determine authenticity before bidding and purchasing an item. If we state facts about gold or silver content or weight, it is sold as fact. Carat weights and quality are approximate and to the best of our knowledge and may vary by appraiser. Measurements are in inches and are approximates but within reasonable margins. If we note restoration, repair, damage, or defect to a piece in the catalog, look it over for yourself and bid accordingly. We try to picture damage in the online listings. Please ask for additional condition reports about specific concerns or additional images of any damage you are unsure of. If there is a problem concerning condition the buyer must notify us immediately and return the item at their expense within 10 days. After the 10 day period, all items are considered to have been sold "as is, where is".
Buyer agrees to cooperate fully in filing any insurance claim. All items must be paid for within 7 days of the auction. After 7 days a dispute will be filed against the non paying buyer and LiveAuctioneers bidding may be disrupted. We will not remove a dispute until the item is paid in full. Items that are paid for and left after March 31 will be considered abandoned to the auctioneer without further notice. Item may be disposed of with no proceeds due the original purchaser. By signing up for this auction you agree that you will forfeit any purchases which are not picked up after March 31, 2021. Items left over 14 days will incur a $5 per day additional handling charge. Items will not be released until these additional handling fees are paid.
RESTRICTED ITEMS: It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by their local laws, including not bidding on or buying items that are restricted in their local area. We will not release a buyer from purchasing an item restricted in their area and disputes will be filed with LiveAuctioneers for non-paying bidders.
JUSRISDICTION: This auction is occurring in Florida under FL auctioneer Lic #5135, Kent Jackson. 7% Florida Sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless buyer has filed an exemption form with the auctioneer for Florida Sales Tax. Contact florida@uniquesandantiques.com
REGISTRATION: Online bidders must have a credit card on file with the prevailing online auction service. The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer. Some lots may be offered subject to reserve, which is a confidential minimum price below which such a lot will not be sold. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 25% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase to reach the total sales price. The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. Complete payment is required in cash, certified check, or Credit card. In the case of online auction purchases, payment must be received within 7 days. It is recommended that you use Overnight trackable method to make your payment.
REMOVAL and HANDLING CHARGES and FORFEIT OF ITEM: Items purchased may be removed once payment is made PICK UP DATES ARE MARCH 18 through March 31, 2021 10AM-4PM by appointment only. Items are shipped within 7 days of receiving payment or clearance of check payment. Item must be removed from the premises by March 31. After March 31 the item will be forfeited. This building will be leased to another party. $5 per day per lot handling charges are assessed. Items will not be released until the handling charges are paid. Items left 21 days after the auction will be considered abandoned to the auctioneer and may be disposed by the auctioneer at buyer's cost. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, BUYER AGREES TO FORFEIT ALL CLAIM TO ANY PURCHASES WHICH ARE NOT PICKED UP 21 days after the auction with no payment for value or recourse.

CLERKING and INTERNET BID ACCEPTANCE ERRORS: During the online bidding portion of the auction, it is possible for the internet clerk to award the winning bid to a bidder that was not recognized by the auctioneer. In these unfortunate cases, the auctioneer's record takes precedence and not the online bidding record. We will request to have LiveAuctioneers remove the item from your buyer report. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make this determination and this decision is final and binding.
ABSENTEE BIDS and PHONE BIDS: We offer the absentee bid service as a convenience to our patrons. We execute your bid as if you were in the audience, attempting to obtain the item at the lowest price. Uniques & Antiques Inc will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute any bid. These bids must be in writing or submitted electronically. Please bid using our preset increments listed on the catalog front page. Please keep in mind that because bid position can be unpredictable, it may be possible for someone at the auction or another absentee bidder to buy the item for your top bid price. Bids of the same value from two or more bidders will be awarded to the bidder who placed their bid earliest. The auctioneer's decision is final.
PERSONAL INFORMATION/ PRIVACY POLICY: We do not share our bidder information, addresses, email addresses or other personal information with anyone. We use your information to communicate with bidders regarding purchases and other auction business. By registering for this auction, we may put your email on our email notify list.

Shipping Terms
Shipping Policy We do not provide shipping quotes before the auction. We do ship some small and boxable items in house, however we do not ship all items. Please ask for a shipping quote and provide the ship to address and we will give you a price to ship after you are the successful bidder, or refer you to an outside shipper for items that we are not equipped to ship. Potential curbside delivery: We send a delivery from Florida to Pennsylvania about 7 days after the Auctions (Approx. March 26) and may offer CURBSIDE delivery at reasonable rates along the I95 corridor. We will facilitate for pickup at our Pennsylvania location approx. 10days after the auction at reasonable transport rates You can select your own shipper. For jewelry and Coins, the ship to address must match the billing address of your payment method. Social distancing and Masks required during our appointment only, contactless pick up. Face masks are required for pick up at our location. There is NO CHARGE for picking your item up at our auction house, local taxes (7%) will apply to all items picked up unless you have supplied a valid tax resale number and filled out and signed the PA form. We realize that sometimes item pick up is not possible, we are happy to work with your shipper or ship your items in house if we state a shipping charge at the stated rates plus insurance. Shipping charges are not negotiable, they are set fees. Please keep these charges in mind when bidding and bid a lower amount if necessary to cover these costs. Combining shipping: We do combine shipping costs for multiple item purchases, but we do also charge for packing and handling. Our quotes for shipping and packing after the auction are not negotiable. Please take the LISTED packing and shipping cost into account for each item. If you buy more than one item, the packing and shipping cost will likely be less as we combine items and lower charges. Insurance: All items must ship with insurance for full auction price. The first $100 of insured is included in the quoted shipping charge. Additional insurance is charged at a rate of $2 per hundred dollars of value (i.e.. Insurance for $1,000 is $18) Pickup or custom quote: This item can still be shipped but you must get a quote from an outside shipper.
