American Owned Gallery - Based in Prague / This artwork which depicts an iconic view of Prague Castle and the lesser quarter, was painted by Josef Písecký in the 1930s. Dimensions 135x160 cm (53,1" x 63"). About the author: Josef Písecký (1878-1954) was a Czech artist whose iconic paintings depict different views of the sea. He also concentrated on painting his homeland, especially Prague, Šumava, Krkonoše, Polabí, etc. He used to organize group exhibitions of his works.
