TWO JADE ANIMAL CARVINGS

Late Qing Dynasty

The lion-dog in a crouching pose holding a brocade ball between the paws, the head turning back, with a lion cub climbing on the left shoulder, the green stone stained dark brown and black in areas, hongmu stand; the recumbent horse with its head turning back, the celadon stone stained black in areas,
hongmu stand. (2)
