Invoices are emailed out within 72 hours following the auction. If not received by the 72 hours it is winning bidders responsibility to contact auction house to request another invoice. However, please check spam folder prior to contacting us. Claim of non-receipt of invoice does not dissolve winning bidder of his/her responsibility to pay for item(s) won. PLEASE READ: Due to recent credit card fraud charges, we ONLY EXCEPT credit cards via PayPal as well as wire transfers, bank checks and money orders for unestablished new customers. We prefer a bank check to a personal /business check since we must hold merchandise for TEN business days if paid with a personal/bank check versus a THREE business day hold for bank checks.
