Heavy craquelure throughout; slight surface dust; nailhead area of paint loss in upper center corresponding to patch on verso; Under UV, evidence of cleaning in central figures with residual varnish visible elsewhere; strokes of retouch in faces, hands, and blouses of two central women; minor retouch in hairline of left most women; two eraser sized areas of retouch in upper center.
