evidence of fire, back of board singed and heavily stained with smoke, remains of water, labels burned or singed, board slightly bowing and produced several areas of paint crackle and paint loss, mainly through center, paint loss lower right center, very bright blue under areas of paint loss, needs cleaning, frame needs cleaning and restoration.
