Notes

Keynes notes of John and Henry King's Two Sermons that "library catalogues sometimes give Henry King as the author of both sermons (e.g. BL, ULC)..." It contains Henry King's sermon 'David's Enlargement' and John King's sermon 'David's Strait'. John King (1595-1638) was Henry King's younger brother. Both were Canons of Christ Church, Oxford.

Keynes also states that page 70 of A Sermon of Deliverance "is misnumbered 07". This is not the case in this copy.
