8υo (192 x 144 mm). 3 lithographic plates on white paper (loosely inserted), one by and after Rozanova and 2 by and after Malevich, one full-page illustration after Rozanova. Text printed on pale green paper. (Some very light marginal browning.) Original printed wrappers (some light darkening, illegible small ink stamp and ball point note on lower wrapper).

FIRST EDITION. KRUCHENYKH'S FIRST TYPESET BOOK, with early lithographs by Malevich, and a poem, a polemical essay and a short play celebrating Futurism and zaum poetry. The three sections of the text -- poetry, drama and prose -- are complemented by the three lithographs. Although printing with conventional types, Kruchenykh experiments here with capital letters, punctuation and justification.
