ALL GOODS ARE SOLD "AS IS" "WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Condition reports in Auction catalog are not guaranteed and may vary in accuracy. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect the goods. All condition reports, measurements, opinion of values, age and quality are offered by Iconz Memorabilia but are not guaranteed. Neither the auction house, nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of printed or verbal descriptions or its authenticity.
Each signed item comes with a COA from us with Matching Holograms and any other documentation we get with the piece. We make no guarantees that other authentication firms will certify the pieces. We make no guarantee the item/s can be sold on other marketplaces or the resale value. Each authentication company has there own policies and politics. We make no guarantees on resale value on any item listed in our auctions. Please do research before bidding.

The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Any dispute of purchase must be made within 7 days of sale.
DISPUTES/ CHARGEBACKS
By participating in Iconz Memorabilia's Auction, the Bidder entirely agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as the Bidder's SOLE means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with Iconz Memorabilia By placing a bid, the Bidder specifically agrees that they will not file a dispute or chargeback of any kind with an online venue, a credit card merchant, or any other third-parties. The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay Iconz Memorabilia a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. In the event that the Bidder violates this dispute resolution provisions, in consideration of Iconz Memorabilia's approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in Iconz Memorabilia's auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by the Bidder against Iconz Memorabilia and further agrees that the Bidder is liable to Iconz Memorabilia for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting from chargebacks or any claims. Purchaser must pay 7% Florida sales tax on total purchase price, including premium unless appropriate exemption form is filed. If you have a sellers permit email the information to us. Internet buyers pay 20% buyer's premium & are not responsible for sales tax unless the item (s) are picked up at the gallery.
Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by consignor & Iconz Memorabilia . Iconz Memorabilia will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final in any dispute. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation.
Buyer takes responsibility of the property as soon as the item gets "sold on the block". The auction house may choose to resell items if terms for removal are not met. Gallery may choose to re-consign property with the buyer as the consignor with no reserve at a future sale. Standard Gallery fees will be applied.
Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash (In House Only), Checks, major credit cards (with the exception of American Express). Purchases of $6,000.00 or above must be paid by wire transfer or certified check. Iconz Memorabilia reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by Iconz Memorabilia to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries. Buyer's who fail to pay will be liable for any lost fees gallery may incur. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in Iconz Memorabilia auctions through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held. Any dispute between the bidder and Iconz Memorabilia shall be resolved before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
All invoices for merchandise will be sent within 24 Hours of auctions end and MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS. After 3 days your card may be automatically charged.

All items will ship UPS or USPS with tracking and insurance. Higher dollar purchases may require a adult signature. We do not ship to PO BOXES.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us ASAP and we will help expedite the claim process.
Items will ship within 21 days of payment being made sometimes it can be longer depending on the situation. Any questions please contact us!
We charge $72 to ship guitars or larger framed items in the USA, INTERNATIONAL PAYS EXACT GUITAR OR OVERSIZED SHIPPING FEES.That is not our fee but the actual Fedex fee. All other items are shipped free. Just a basic ground service if you would like faster service please contact us.
After the auction is over you will be emailed a invoice with a secure link to pay. Shipping charges will be added to the final invoices. You will pay actual shipping charges.
International shipments automatically ship Fedex, Iconz Memorabilia is not responsible for your countries duty fees or taxes. That is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
