Views of Central India Presentation album of 81 albumen prints. 1891. 51 approximately 101/2 x 8 in. (26.8 x 20.2 cm.), the remainder approximately 51/4 x 81/4 in. (13.2 x 20.9 cm.) or the reverse. The majority signed and/or numbered in the negatives, titled and numbered in ink on mounts, the last mount signed and dated Lala Deen Dayal Indore 22-11-91, signed and inscribed in ink on front blank Presented to His Excellency Marquees (sic) of Lansdowne...from H.H. Maharaja Sir Anand Rao Powar...State Dhar 24th November 1891 Dated Camp Indore and annotated A.R.P.S.D., Lansdowne library label numbered 17 inside front cover, brown leather, gilt, title and photographer's credit in gilt on front cover, g.e., white-metal clasp. Album size: 11 x 151/2 in. (28 x 39.4 cm.)
