At the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot and assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Neither the consignor nor R. G. Munn Auction llc is thereafter responsible for loss or any damage to the article by fire, theft or breakage.

Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute.

Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged.

Shipping charges are per lot! Shipping amount is in items description. These charges are for the Unites states only. Outside the United States there will be additional shipping on top of the fees listed in items description. Charges are for packing materials, insurance and shipping. Items will be shipped priority US mail or UPS ground. If you want them shipped another way you must pay the additional shipping and insurance charge. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. Restored items may not be insurable. All items that are insurable will be insured. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS or USPS. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s) all packing material and boxes must be present for shipping company to inspect! Claims cannot be settled until shipping company has completed their investigation and ruled on there findings! Oversize items and paintings that need wooden crates will be charged for crates and additional shipping charges.
