Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. NO FURNITURE, RUGS OR MIRRORS WILL BE SHIPPED AS WELL AS PAINTINGS/PRINTS MEASURING OVER 20" X 20" overall - buyer must make arrangements for pick up within two weeks from the date of the auction by calling our office @ (570) 494-0170 between the hours of 9AM-4PM weekdays. Due to the holiday schedule there is no guarantee items will be shipped by Christmas.

All/any damages/flaws/wear has been noted to the best of our ability and knowledge. Our conditions are as follows:
* Excellent - expected age related wear, no visible flaws
* Very good - modest/very minor wear or expected wear
* Good - structurally sound with noticeable flaw or flaws, possible light damage
* Fair - with noticeable and evident flaw/damage/wear
* Poor/As-is - with noticeable flaws/damage - possible repair

Forms of payment - MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order or PayPal. No personal checks or business checks are accepted unless you have an established relationship with Roan Inc. Auctioneers. Online bidders must make payment within (10) business days. All invoices will be mailed/emailed to the buyers on the first business day following the auction.

The winning bidder agrees to pay a 18% buyer's premium.
