after a draft by Boucher. Oil on ivory. Idyllic scene with several persons, three young ladies and one young man are looking at a bird's nest with chicks. In the background a vast landscape with an antique fountain. Signed on the lower left "Laure Lévy - D. Boucher". The plate with small damages to the edge and a minor imperfection on the lower right. In a contemporary frame with heavily worn velvet cover. Dimensions of the picture 15 x 24 cm, dimensions including the frame 25.5 x 34 cm.
