UK (excluding Highlands & Islands)
When possible purchases will be sent by either Royal
Mail Special Delivery or DPD overnight service. The
charge for this service (£15 minimum per parcel) will
be added to the invoice before it is sent.

Highlands & Islands
When possible small items will be sent by Royal Mail
Special Delivery. Large items will require an individual
quote and are sent via DPD. The charge for this
service will be added to the invoice.

Europe
When possible small items will be sent via
International Signed For. Large items will require
an individual quote and will be sent via DPD. The
charge for this service will be added to the invoice.

PLEASE NOTE (APPLICABLE TO UK AND OVERSEAS BUYERS):
We are not specialist shippers. Some items, such as
framed & glazed or fragile goods, will require
specialist handling and purchasers will be
recommended to use Mailboxes etc. or RF Shipping
Ltd. (details below).

USA & Rest of the World
We are able to send items which fit the following criteria:

Single parcels, of a value less than £500, up to 2 kilos
in weight and within the dimensions of 600mm
x 150mm x 150mm, will be sent International Signed
For.

Single tubes, of a value less than £500, up to 2
kilos in weight and within the dimensions of 900mm
long x 70mm depth, will be sent International
Signed For.

The charge for the above service will be added to
the invoice.
