(B. 1897 in Mississippi, lived in Memphis, TN). The Connoisseur, Portrait of Dr. I.M. Cline. Oil on canvas, half length portrait of a seated man occupying major portion of canvas. White hair and goatee, wearing white shirt, blue tie, suspenders, holding green wine bottle. Pitcher and several goblets on table, left. Framed painting, upper right corner. He is wearing spectacles. Won first prize in the Mississippi Art Association Exhibit in 1941. Signed lower right "Louise Brasell Lehman.
