Price & Son, 16 The Arcade, Lancaster Born in Manchester and studied at Blackburn, Bury and Accrington Schools of Art 1909-1915 and the Royal College of Art under William Rothenstein and R. Anning Bell. He was on the staff of Eastbourne Art School 1921-1925 and Cambridge School of Art 1925-1929.
